Rep. Biggs, Freedom Caucus chair, calls for withdrawal from Iraq and Afghanistan

Chairman of the House Freedom Caucus, Rep. Andy Biggs (R-AZ), called on President Trump to ’strategically’ withdraw U.S. forces from Iraq and Afghanistan. In a Veterans Day letter to President Trump, Biggs commended previous efforts to bring engagements in the countries to a close and he urged the president to continue with ambitious plans to remove thousands of service members from the countries.
