Trump touts coronavirus vaccine progress
President Trump, speaking Friday, said an emergency use authorization for Pfizer’s promising new COVID-19 vaccine will come ’extremely soon.’ ’Our investment will make it possible for the vaccine to be provided by Pfizer free of charge,’ he added. Trump insisted Pfizer was part of Operation Warp Speed, the federal initiative to quickly develop, produce and distribute COVID-19 drugs and treatments.
Funny enough - Kamala, in the debate with Pence, said that she wouldn’t trust the vaccine under Trump’s Presidency. Soooo, is the left giving Trump credit or smearing him for it? Now they misrepresent it as if Trump had nothing to do with it.
So pulling back all the FDA restrictions and rules for certifying the vaccine ( which “operation warp speed” was designed to do and did.) had absolutely no effect on how quickly the vaccine got made. The fact checkers again have added words the President never said. He never said they took the money. Fact check on the “fact checkers” : lie

Neither Trump nor his administration had anything to do with the development of the Pfizer's vaccine. They are a giant pharmaceutical corporation. They know making a successful vaccine is a money maker and they want to be first. But then taking credit for the work of others has been a cornerstone of Trumps brand for decades.
