Former pharmaceutical executive Moncef Slaoui, who heads the Trump administration’s COVID-19 vaccine project, is reportedly awaiting the President’s approval to interact with the health team of President-elect Joe Biden for a smooth transition that could save ’thousands’ of lives. Slaoui stressed on the need to make contact with Biden’s team in order to ensure lives are not put at risk.
