Nearly half of Biden’s transition team made of people of color
With President-elect Joe Biden readying himself to take charge of the White House in January, almost 50 percent of his transition team is made up of people of color, with women making up a majority in his team. Diversity data of the transition team reveals that 46 percent of the transition staff are people of color, and 41 percent of the senior staff are people of color. 52 percent are women.
Martin Luther King said "I have a dream that one day my children will be judged by the content of their character and not by the color of their skin!".... And of course, a Democratic activist shot him in the head. The Democrats are all about segregation and identity politics.
Welcome to the identity politics of 🤡🌎 where ethnicity and gender (or is it sexual idenity at that moment) is more important than whether the person can do the job.
I bet 100% of them are persons of color. But the real racists won't understand.
The comments about preferential treatment totally confuse me here. Biden didn't broadcast this information, and even if he did do you think he'd hire people who were worse just because they're not white? America is on it's way to becoming majority minority, what evidence is there Biden is shooting himself in the foot by settling for people of colour, instead of choosing a cabinet that is the best possible? Or do you assume because they're not white they must have been given the job over a better white person? How is that not the dictionary definition of racism, and identity politics?
It’s a shame that the media and Democrats are racist. A persons race does not impact their capabilities, and doesn’t say whether or not they will do a good job. Hiring people solely based on their skin color, is no different that a boss hiring a secretary based on the size of her breasts and it’s just as wrong and discriminatory.
Maybe they can all get trophies too!

I don't care what color they are. I care about what they believe and if they are competent.

I still remember a time when employees were selected based on their ability to preform the job and not their skin color. You would think this would be even more important when filling the positions that will lead the nation.🤦🏽♂️
