Woman from Michigan who killed abusive husband freed from prison
Tina Talbot, a woman from suburban Detroit who had said she had fatally shot her husband in self defense was released from prison on Tuesday. She served 20 months. The 53 year old was eligible for parole after serving her minimum sentence. She had pleaded guilty to manslaughter in the 2018 killing of Milosz Szczepanowicz of Waterford Township in Oakland County.
