French ’jetman’ dies in training accident in Dubai

Vincent Reffet, a French stuntman famous for daring feats using jetpacks and carbon-fiber wing packs, has been killed in a training accident in a desert region in Dubai. He was part of the ’Jetman Dubai’ team famous for doing breathtaking stunts wearing jetpacks. Reffet, 36, had jumped off Dubai’s Burj Khalifa – the world’s tallest building at 828 meters (2,716 feet), setting a world record.
