Rapper Lil Wayne charged with federal gun possession
Popular rapper Lil Wayne has been charged with possessing a firearm as a convicted felon. Federal agents found a gold plated weapon during a search of the 38-year-olds private plane in Miami in 2019. Drugs were also found on the plane, but no charges were pressed in relation to those. If convicted, Lil Wayne a.k.a. Dwayne Michael Carter Jr. faces up to 10 years in prison.

Are some people seriously attempting to make this a political issue? Not everything is politically motivated.
When they told him he was under arrest did he go "OKAY"
What does his political affiliation have to do with this? And why the random search in the first place?
Why include that he supports Trump? You know how many rappers that support Democrats go to jail?

So... they found this gun in 2019... ... then he comes out as a trump supporter here at the end of 2020, and they decide to charge him now?
