October witnesses existing home sales to rise by 4.3%

In October, the sales of existing homes have risen for the fifth month straight with a rise in sales of 4.3% being witnessed. This level has not been reached since before the housing bubble popped 14 years ago. The sales rose to a seasonally adjusted rate of 6.85 million annualized units. This figure is up 26.6% from a year earlier.

Record low inventory is right. Now with a Democrat president, the economy's going to recover and houses are only going to get more expensive. Those low rates were good while they lasted.
