Consumer Reports 2020 auto reliability survey keeps Mazda on No.1

In the Consumer Reports’ annual reliability survey, traditional winners Lexus and Toyota were beaten to the top honor by Mazda. In the survey, Ford and its Lincoln luxury brand fell, with the last position among 26 brands being given to Lincoln. Reliability issues on three of its four models resulted in Tesla achieving the second to bottom position. Mazda won the top spot for the first time ever.
