Rudy Giuliani made a case on Thursday for the Trump campaign’s legal challenge of the election results, alleging there was a ’centralized’ plan to carry out voter fraud around the country. ’What I’m describing to you is a massive fraud,’ Giuliani said in a conference. He, however, did not present any evidence of the alleged massive fraud scheme. Giuliani added that more lawsuits were to come.
An affidavit is just a written testimony. That doesn't make it factually correct. It can be vague and full of biases. "I think I saw something suspicious," is an example of what judges are having to deal with.
