Rudy Giuliani, President Donald Trump’s personal attorney, has been drawing criticism and mockery on social media regarding a mishap during his press conference which took place in Washington. Dark brown streaks of what appeared to be hair dye or make up ran down the attorney’s face, as he spoke about claims of voter fraud. Giuliani offered no evidence for his claims.
