Nebraska fast food restaurant attack: Shooter denied bond

23 year old Roberto Carlos Silva Jr. was denied bond Tuesday at his first court appearance, as he is facing charges related to the fatal shooting of two employees at a Nebraska fast food restaurant. Two others were wounded in the attack. Silva Jr. is facing charges of first-degree murder, two counts of attempted first-degree murder and other charges in Saturday’s attack.
