Turkeys Corn & Cob up for White House pardon Tuesday
President Trump and first lady Melania Trump are expected to pardon one of two birds, Corn or Cob, on Tuesday, at a Rose Garden event, ahead of Thursday’s Thanksgiving holiday. Corn and Cob were introduced to the public Nov. 23. The White House is running a poll for people to choose which bird to pardon. The broad-breasted turkeys were raised by Ron Kardel, National Turkey Federation chairman.
