UK family loses court battle against UK govt in US diplomatic immunity case
The parents of a UK teen who was killed in a crash lost a court battle with govt over whether an US woman involved in collision had diplomatic immunity. The 19-year-old Harry Dunn had died after his motorbike crashed into a car driven on wrong side of road outside a US airbase in England last August. The car’s driver, Anne Sacoolas, left for US weeks later and was entitled to diplomatic immunity.
