Netanyahu promises warm welcome for American who spied on US for Israel

Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has promised Jonathan Pollard, an American who spent 30 years in US prison for spying for Israel, a warm welcome and a good life in Israel. Pollard, a former US Navy analyst was arrested in 1985 and was convicted and jailed in 1987. He was released on parole in 2015 with restrictions, which have ended now. Pollard, 66, said he would go to Israel.
