S. Korea agency says N. Korea executed people, shut Pyongyang

South Korea’s spy agency has said that North Korean leader Kim Jong Un ordered at least two people executed, banned fishing at sea and locked down capital Pyongyang as part of efforts to guard against COVID-19. Kim’s government has also ordered diplomats to refrain from any acts that could provoke the US as it’s worried about Joe Biden’s possible new approach on North Korea.

Huh. I was thinking they knew how to deal with predictable presidents, which is why they reacted oddly to an odd one. Dealing with covid-19 must be a lot easier when people can just be executed for disobeying dictators.
