Carter Page files lawsuit for unlawful surveillance during investigation.
Carter Page on Friday sued the Justice Department, the FBI and former FBI Director James Comey for $75 million, insisting he was unlawfully surveilled as part of the 2017 special counsel investigation into so-called Russian collusion. The FBI had a wiretap on him for a year that was partly substantiated by the Steele dossier which is also a critical point of the lawsuit.
If there was any justice in the courts then Page would win, as the basis for the surveillance was bogus from the beginning and the Obama Justice dept knew it.

In a bizarre version of reality, Judge Sullivan (hack from Flynn case) would be the judge for this suit. If that happens, Page would probably end up in jail even though he is the plaintiff.
