White House Budget office to reclassify key roles under Trump executive order
The leadership of the Office of Management and Budget is reportedly planning to reclassify 88% of its workforce into a new employment category, ’Schedule F’, following an executive order signed by President Trump last month. The reclassification would reportedly give the federal government more flexibility to fire these 425 employees without going through a lengthy appeals process.
