Australia demands China apologize for posting ’repugnant’ fake image of soldier

Australia’s PM, Scott Morrison, has demanded China apologize for a tweet containing a fake image depicting an Australian soldier cutting the throat of an Afghan child. A Chinese foreign ministry spokesman had tweeted it. ’It is utterly outrageous and cannot be justified on any basis ... The Chinese government should be utterly ashamed of this post. It diminishes them in the world’s eyes,’ he said.
