Safe arrival of ’world’s loneliest elephant’ in Cambodia

The elephant which has been dubbed to be the loneliest in the world has safely arrived in Cambodia. Kaavan the elephant lived alone for years in a zoo in Pakistan. He had to be tested for COVID-19 before his flight, like other travelers. Kaavan weighs 4,080 kilograms and is 36 years old. He was greeted in Cambodia by chanting Buddhist monks. The elephant has been sent out to a wildlife sanctuary.
