Trump plan to exclude undocumented immigrants in redistricting to be reviewed
President Donald Trump is reportedly planning on excluding millions of undocumented immigrants from the official 2020 Census figures which are used to allocate political power and billions of dollars in federal funds. Justices from the US Supreme Court will hear oral arguments regarding the same on Monday. The move has been rejected by lower courts twice, already.
Of course. They're "undocumented". Counting them would be "documenting" them. If they aren't documented, they aren't counted. If they are documented, they either have a visa or they should be fined and sent back to their country of origin or jailed for illegal entry.
Why should undocumented immigrants be documented in the census? The American government exists for the benefits of American citizens.
From what i hear this can help diminish the electoral college power of states using sanctuary cities to inflate their pop.
And so the white supremacy continues to degrade the original language and intent of the constitution. The census has NEVER been about citizenship. Basic fundamental services like fire, schools, roads, and even data on shopping habits rely on knowing how many PEOPLE are in the area. Do the white supremacists want another compromise like the one we did with slaves? If the white supremacists want so badly to live in an ethnicly pure country, they can leave since they clearly hate the fundamental morals of america.
The census as mandated by the Constitution will be determined by "counting the whole number of persons in each State, excluding Indians not taxed.” It makes no mention of "citizens" or "only persons with U.S. citizenship."
They are not citizens of this country .All you people sitting on your high horse need to understand .You can't let everyone come here and do whatever they want .At the same time keep the lifestyle you enjoyed for years .Like the commercial said That's not how it works .That's not how any of it works .Wake up before you destroy everything for good .There are no do overs . Or reset buttons .
The Trump administration doesn't even know how it will determine who is illegally in the country. Past attempts st this were thrown out for shoddy arguments, lack of standing, or unrefined methods. And this might be a repeat

If you do not want to take the necessary steps to citizenship you shouldn't recieve any benefits of citizenship, including being counted in the US Census. This is a pretty simple concept, but simple concepts seem to escape the "gimme" types.
