CDC advisers meet Tuesday to decide who will be in the first priority group for the COVID-19 vaccine. The CDC has already recommended that the first group (1a) should include frontline health providers and support personnel. It estimates there are 21M healthcare personnel, 87M essential workers, besides 100M adults with high-risk medical conditions. 40M doses are expected by end Dec.
