Dr. Fauci said Sunday that bars should be closed as a way to help localities reduce the spread of COVID-19 infections. He insisted, though, that children should be allowed to safely return to their classrooms. Fauci noted that schools haven’t been the drivers of community spread of the virus. Instead, it’s been the maskless groups congregations indoors that have been a major culprit, he stressed.
