’The road ahead is brighter, but challenging,’ says OECD on global economy

In a new report, the OECD has predicted that the world economy will bounce back to its pre-pandemic levels by the end of next year. The OECD noted that progress on coronavirus vaccines means that the outlook has improved for the first time since the pandemic began. China will account for a big part of that recovery, while Europe, Japan and the US will lag.

Oh China will lead the recovery while every western nation will lag? One might deduce China may have more to say about the wuhan flu than they are letting on, or that with such a large population the deaths will barely dent their economy while some smaller European countries are seeing their economies decimated.

So the CCP got what they wanted in the end. No blame for the pandemic and back on top of the world economy. It sucks that in real life villains can get away with it.

Hopefully their prediction of the US lagging is based on the last four years of complete incompetence and lack of leadership in the United States. Hopefully, our next geriatric leader will at least have some basic ability to not shiit the bed on a daily basis.
