China said a robotic probe launched to collect 4 pounds of lunar rocks and soil and return to Earth has landed on Moon. Without giving details, the official China News Service said the Chang’e 5 ’successfully landed on the moon in the pre-selected area.’ If successful, it will make China only the third nation, after the United States and the former Soviet Union, to bring Moon rocks back to Earth.
Neat. We need more competition in space.
Headline tommorow "China finds mysterious monolith on the moon"
Headline tomorrow "China claims moon"
Next year, strange moon virus found in Chinese wet market next to lab. Originated naturally from cheese.
Pics and video or else it didn’t happen.
Isn't this a joke, like they develop their own technology. Headline should read something like this "using stolen technology China........" Because of the communism problem, the people of China could never reach their true potential. You think about it, USA had people on the moon 50 years ago, and this is supposed to be impressive? I would love to hear how China developes and sells technology. But the developed part doesn't happen, that only happens in America, Japan, Europe, Korea, and all other free countries
