EU plans to revive US ties and work with Joe Biden’s administration
Key technocrats in Brussels, including European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and foreign policy chief Josep Borrell, are optimistic for the presumptive President-elect Joe Biden’s administration as relationships between the EU and the USA were challenging under President Trump. EU officials are hopeful that America will rejoin the Paris Climate agreement and help strengthen the WHO.

We will see. He is definitely not guaranteed to be in office yet. Lots of constitutional processes to go on before that is a certainty. I am not at all in favor of Biden in control of foreign policy even if he does win. He has shown he is more than willing to sell this country to the highest bidder and has done so for 47 years to the massive benefit of all of his immediate relatives.
