Uber trying to sell off its flying taxi division Elevate, report says

Uber is looking to sell off its flying taxi division ’Elevate’ to a secretive startup called Joby Aviation after four years of operation, Axios reported. Elevate had a helicopter service running in New York City, but it stopped operations as Covid-19 hit city. This is seen as a part of Uber’s efforts to curtail some of its ventures that are bleeding the company of cash as well as other resources.
