China’s lunar mission sends its first full-color Moon photos
China’s Chang’e-5 spacecraft has sent its first photos of Moon in full color. The mission successfully landed on the lunar surface two days ago and will collect samples of rocks and soil from there. This is the first time since the 1972 manned Moon landing that a lunar mission would collect samples from Moon’s surface. It has already started boring into the Moon’s surface to scoop out samples.
