New mysterious monolith appears in California
A third mysterious metal monolith has appeared, this time atop a mountain in California. Earlier discoveries of the same were made in Utah and Romania. The latest monolith, 10-feet tall and 18 inches wide, has been found at the top of Pine Mountain in Atascadero. As with the other monoliths, there remains no information about who installed the structure or why.

This is my favorite thing of 2020. Whomever is doing this, my hat is off to you. Also, in case I am wrong and this is not a man-made phenomenon, I for one welcome our new alien overlords.

The one in Romania was already discovered to be made a local, and poorly at that. Welds all over the place and angle grinder marks covered it
