Facebook to speed up removing posts with Covid-19 vaccine misinformation
Facebook said it will accelerate purging posts from its flagship platform and Instagram that contains misinformation about Covid-19 vaccines to prevent ’imminent physical harm.’ Facebook said it will also ban conspiracy theories, like the ’vaccines will contain a chip to control/monitor patients,’ or linking Covid-19 to 5G. The company says it has taken down around 12 million such posts, so far.
Yes there is harmful information out there, but this also gives Facebook incredible power that can easily be abused. Especially when it comes to people making the decision.

The problem is how Facebook measures missinformation. They DON'T. If you quote scientific article's which are not in line with the WHO or your local Health Authority your post will be removed. There is some very good treatment research which is simply not being reported by the WHO or your local Health Authority. There is a reason why Trump and Giuliani recovered so quickly. This excellent treatment protocol though not in-line with the WHO or your local health authority needs to be widely known, because it is not expensive either. And if you post it, it will be taken down. Time to find another platform
