Chinese social media platform WeChat deleted a post by Australian Prime Minister Scott Morrison, which was directed at the Chinese people. In the message, Morrison had criticized the Chinese foreign ministry spokesman’s posting of a morphed image of an Australian soldier holding a knife on the throat of an Afghan child — while offering praise to the Chinese community in Australia.
China laughs at the Australian matriarchy.
Like Twitter except in this case, the government controls WeChat rather than our case where the social media companies control our politicians.
