Council won’t appoint special prosecutor for Breonna Taylor case
The Kentucky Prosecutors Advisory Council has decided not to appoint a special prosecutor to investigate the death of Breonna Taylor. The council cited that it does not have the legal authority to make the appointment, although attorneys for the Taylor family believe otherwise.

Good news. The case was already scrutinized to the letter of the law. Bringing charges that are not supported by the facts and evidence is not what prosecutors should be doing. Well done Kentucky.👍🏽
